Trick or Tuna!

Welcome to Sketch Challenge 93 and the release of Holiday Cats! If you just came from Amy's blog, you are in the right place.  If you just happened along my blog today, start at the beginning of the hop at Skipping Stones Design.  The entire hop order is there and you can hop from blog to blog with ease.

Be sure to hop along and leave comments on all the fabulous designers’ blogs.  This month we are welcoming Nicole Mullan, Amber Daigre, Cristina Kowalczyk, Vanessa Menhorn and Chan Vuong to our team as Guest Designers! Amy Sheffer will be providing all the fabulous sketch inspiration this month including the sketch we're using in today's hop!

Here’s the card I created for the upcoming holiday! Holiday Cats not only has some birthday and Christmas sentiments, but also has an image and sentiment just for Halloween! I combined this set with Halloweenie and loved pairing and older set with a newer one for some new fun uses!

The cat was stamped and colored in with colored pencils. The pumpkin was paper pieced, and then the witches hat (minus the spider web) was stamped from Halloweenie and paper pieced to top the kitty off. The pumpkin and spiders are also from Halloweenie, and the sentiment is from Holiday Cats. Halloweenie is a the featured set this month so is on sale for only $12.49!

This is the sketch this week and is definitely open to any interpretation you come up with! I’d love to see your take on it!

Head over to Taylor's blog for some more Skipping Stones Design inspiration!

How clever to add the witch hat! Love how the hat and pumpkin pick up the orange, green, and purple panels in the background! Awesome take on the sketch!!

Really cute card. I wish I could colour in like a grown up. I have tried so many times and still it looks like my grand daughter has coloured it.
